About the Yemeni Engineers Association in Türkiye: its mission, vision and values.
The Yemeni Engineers Association in Türkiye is an independent, non-profit legal entity made up of Yemeni engineers resident in Türkiye. It is based in Istanbul and licensed under registration no. 102-269-34. It works in an institutional manner and follows best practices and modern management and governance systems.
Our mission
To design and carry out high-quality programmes and activities that enable engineers of all levels and disciplines to broaden and develop their knowledge, and to build cooperation and partnerships with Arab and Turkish bodies, so as to gain further experience and successful practices needed to contribute to the development of Yemen.
Our vision
To establish a leading and distinguished engineering community, cooperative and integrated, that responds to the needs of engineers, strengthens their values, unites their efforts, releases their energy, makes use of their talents and creativity, and provides favourable conditions for raising their scientific and professional standards.

Goals of the founding phase
- Prepare the statute
- Obtain the association’s official licence
- Find suitable premises for the association
- Prepare an operational plan for the founding phase and follow its implementation
- Establish an electronic database and document the details of members who meet the conditions
- Form the specialised engineering units and follow their activity
- Raise awareness of the association inside and outside Türkiye through social media
- Establish bilateral cooperation and networking with similar organisations and relevant bodies in Türkiye and Yemen
